This website, kioraskin.com, is operated by KIORA, Karachi, Pakistan. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Products and use
Kiora products are cosmetic products for external use only. Please read the directions and ingredients before use, do a patch test, avoid the eye area and stop use if irritation occurs. Results vary from person to person; before-and-after photos shown on our site are real customer results shared with permission and are not a guarantee of individual results. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have a skin condition, consult a dermatologist.

Orders and pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). We may change prices or offers at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is unavailable, the order cannot be confirmed, or we suspect a pricing error or fraud. If you have paid in advance for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.

Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and advance payment through EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. Advance-payment discounts apply only when payment is received before dispatch.

Delivery and returns
Delivery and returns are handled as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Reviews and content you send us
If you send us photos, before-and-after pictures or reviews and agree to their use, you allow KIORA to use them with your first name on our website, social media and advertising.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the KIORA name, logo, images and text, belongs to KIORA and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KIORA is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
