Easy returns
We want you to be happy with your order. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, leaking or wrong item
If your product arrived damaged or leaking, or you received the wrong product, we will send a free replacement or give a full refund. Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the parcel and product.
Changed your mind
For hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, with the cap seal intact and in its original box. You send the parcel back to us and pay the return courier charges yourself (usually around Rs. 200). Once we receive and check the product, we refund the full product price.
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
How to request a return
- WhatsApp us at 0331-2404648 or email hello@kioraskin.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and a photo of the product.
- We will share the return address and arrange a replacement or refund once approved. Refunds are sent within 5–7 working days to your EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank account.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp.
